L'uomo sarebbe un 40enne barman, già noto alle forze dell'ordine, arrestato a Genova nel 2006 dopo aver aggredito 20 ragazze tra i 13 e 19 anni, a sfondo sessuale.
La pena, inizialmente di 14 anni, è poi stata mitigata con vari indulti fino a scontarne solo 8, trasferendosi così a Milano e dopo qualche anno di 'silenzio' riprendere le aggressioni.
