Il pastore tedesco si recava in chiesa con la testa bassa e lo sguardo triste ad aspettare che la sua padrona tornasse, perché era proprio lì che l’aveva vista l’ultima volta, quando si erano svolti i suoi funerali.
Ora Ciccio, malato da tempo, ha lasciato un vuoto in quella chiesa, ma, finalmente, ha raggiunto la sua padrona.
